Require (BCOM) Bureau of Capital Outlay Management to develop projects for all new construction and renovations by state agencies to include green energy. This would be in the form of solar, wind, and hydroelectric to augment the power system in all state owned buildings and facilities were appropriate. Install electric vehicle charging stations at all state owned facilites to include parks, information centers, visitor centers. 

Provide resources to assist citizens with infomtion on small and large scale projects that can reduce enegy consumption through the use of alternative energy. Build infrastruction for EV charging stations, propane filling stations for all state owned or leased vehicles.
