How many WWWOOSSP Board regulants truly understand the full significance of these proposed regulations replacing the existing regulations?  These proposed changes represent a fundamental paradigm shift with no certainty or history for success.  It would behoove the Board to withdrawal this nonsense and consider other alternatives.  Please consider this a request for an additional comment period.
