Please do not ammend the health requirements for abortion clinics.  These clinics do medical surgery every day and as such should be treated as a medical facility.  In order to protect the life of the women, strict safety and health regulations should be required and inspected.  No woman should die over lack of cleanliness, uneducated staff, or expired medication.  Please protect the women that use these clinics.  Thank you
