Abortion Regulations need to be Protective and Regulated

Dear Virginia Regulatory Review Board:

Abortion is a medical procedure; thus, it needs the same health and safety regulations as any medical procedure.

The Supreme Court decided in Roe Vs. Wade in 1973 that the unborn has no rights; therefore, it is deemed acceptable for the mother to kill her unborn, however, this does not mean that the woman has no rights to be protected when she gets an abortion.  By changing or reducing the safety and health regulations in getting an  abortion, jeopardizes the safety of the woman.  The woman becomes the second a victim of the abortion industry.

I am a woman; I am Pro-Life.

Thank you for your time to read my letter.

Sincerely,

Ginger Chwalowski
