Health Regulations for clinics performing Surgical Procedures

All facilities, clinics, outpatient surgery centers, etc. ought to be governed by the same rules.  Tat why the current rules were put in place a few years ago.  It's just common sense and good medical practice.  Abortions are most certainly surgical procedures, even those initiated by chemical means.  History has shown that these procedure can and do result in serious compications, even death.  The current rules protect the life and health of the mother.  To relax them for one surgical procedure makes no sense and would endanger the mothers.  All this is true without even addressing the fact that the object of this surgery is to kill the baby.  Medical science has shown that the fetal child is a human person from the moment of conception; it can't be anything else.  Therefore the procedure is actually muder.  In the Commonwealth, we take more care in executing convicted killers than what you are proposing for abortion clinics.  May God have mercy on your souls.
