As one who educates students who become LPCs and LPCCs in Minnesota and other states, I would like to express my opposition to the Intended Regulatory Action in Virginia.  Please do not restrict licensure to graduates of educational programs accredited by CACREP.  Consider the benefits of having licensees from diverse educational programs and the many limitations imposed by this intended regulatory action.
