Given the arguments on both sides, I cannot in anyway support a CACREP only standard. I have an excellent, rigours education from a non-CACREP program. As a more recent graduate, many grandfathering laws may not benefit me despite my strong qualifications for practice. Moving in this direction upsets and infuriates me, and it has caused me to strongly reconsider a future working in Virginia.
