I object to the proposal to limit valid picture ID's for purposes of voting to those with unexpired ID's.  The photo ID is for purposes of identification only.  The new photo ID issued by Virginia registrars' offices for voting purposes have no expiration date.  The proposed restriction will be felt most keenly by the poorer potential voters.  Retailers who ask for identification from those using a credit card do not check expiration dates.   Arnold B.
