I appose the SBE amending the definition of “Valid” identification to exclude the use of expired Virginia drivers License and the use of current or expired United States Passports to be allowed to vote.  I consider any amendments of this nature to be something that will disenfranchise eligible voters and will certainly remove, for all time, their right to vote as they see fit.

I stand with the A.C.L.U. in opposition to any actions taken to cause a disenfranchising action that prevents the fulfilling of legal voters democratic right to suffrage.
