Women's health centers in Virginia have proven record of high standard of care which is indicated by their impressive safety record.  I completely agree that abortion access should be available to ALL Virginia families and in order for that to be possible, minimally, current clinics which should be "grandfathered" in should be allowed not have to be holden to these restrictive, unncessary, and overly burdeonsome regulartion  Not only will this unnecessary regulation limit access to abortion services, but it will also limit access to a wide range of preventive reproductive health care services provided by women's health clinics, including life-saving cancer screenings, family planning, and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment.
