I support TRAP and I hope that the people of Virginia can see how important it is to regulate these facilities the same as we regulate all other facilities. It seems to me that regulations and safety measures are to protect people. If people want to protect their rights does it not make sense that they are regulated and safe? Please for the sake of the safety of women, low income and others these regulations need to be in place for their safety. This is the only way that we as citizens know that they are safe and the clinics that perform these procedures are up to standards. This protects their rights to choose. Who would not want to know that they are choosing a safe environment to have this type of procedure done?

We regulate our restaurants, our hospitals and most other public domains. Why would an abortion center be any different? Please regulate for the safety of those of us in Virginia who want to continue to have a right to choose.
