Dear Board of Health Members,

    I urge you all to make a decision that is based on both integrity and what is best for Virginians.  Issues pertaining to personal decisions regarding one's health and reproductive plans are ones  that in a free country are determined solely by the individual seeking medical care.  Please keep in mind that women are not chattels of those who have determined that their personal moral decisions must prevail over individual freedoms.
