I strongly support the current regulations on abortion centers approved overwhelmingly by the Board of Health.  These regulations are in the best interest of women. What woman would not want her healthcare to be safeguarded by basic standards of safety in the abortion clinics? The current regulations are common-sense measures to ensure that life-saving equipment is on hand and that abortion facilities are held to basic standards of cleanliness.

The current regulations should be made permanent and continue to include the strongest standards for the protection of women's health.
