I urge you to reject the TARP regulations that intentionally create unnecessary harships for abortion providers. Abortion is safer than both pregnancy and delivery. Clearly abortion providers take their responsibilities seriously, and care greatly for the health and safety of their patients. 

This is an abvious attempt at reducing access to abortion. And we know that when women don't have access to safe legal abortion, they are forced to turn to unsafe measures. Please respect and protect the women and families of Virginia, and stop this attack on abortion providers!
