My son has been on the waiver for 3 years and the first 2 years with a broker were TERRIBLE. A complete mess, mistakes and issues. I was finally able to leave them and go to a private service facilitator this year and it has been the BEST CARE WE HAVE GOTTEN ON THIS WAIVER EVER. 
please do not send us back to brokers who treat our kids like numbers and a paycheck. They don’t care about us, they care about the money from the state paying them 

service facilitators listen to the Attendants, the EOR’s and have the clients best needs in their interest. They are humans caring about humans. Not a broker who see’s a paycheck. 

please reconsider this change; it causes no good and only harm
