Please continue to allow families to choose their service facilitators. Our service facilitators have been immensely helpful through the years, especially in the beginning when we were new to having a child with a disability.

Also, there needs to be grace with EVV. Generally speaking, our attendants like the app to clock in and clock out, but they're humans and 100% compliance is unrealistic.
