We have the best service Ficilitator and do not want to lose her!! For years we had another service Ficilitator that didnt have time for our questions. After an attendant losing 6 weeks of pay because of their negligence we searched for someone else. We found a great group who are always there for us with any problems we have. If we didnt have the right to choose our service Ficilitator I wouldn't have found them. This broker situation takes even more from all of us. I feel we should have the right to choose our service Ficilitator. Our current Ficilitator knows us personally. I do not want to deal with a person that is dealing with 100 other families and we get lost in the shuffle. We now feel secure in the knowledge that our Ficilitator knows our situation and our needs. Please leave well enough alone.
