I'm an ordained clergy person and I oppose Petition 432.  Why?  Because I oppose discrimination.

My Christian faith believes and teaches that ALL of creation is good.  "All" means "all," and that includes fellow human beings who happen to be Trans.  

Trans people are decidedly not a threat to public health.  They aren't contagious, and they're not trying to persuade other human beings to be like them.  They only aim to experience lives that are as fulfilling as the ones that non-Trans people enjoy.  

I can affirm this from my own experience working with professional colleagues who just happen to be Trans.  They are skilled, qualified, and caring members of their communities.

Please oppose Petition 432.  To support it would be to stigmatize, marginalize, and discriminate against our neighbors.
