The regulations threaten the continued availability of safe, legal first-trimester abortion and preventative reproductive health services for women, especially low income women.  Additional burdensome regulations are not something Viginia needs.  Small government with a reasonable tight budget is what we want.  Stop adding layers of bureaucracy  onto Virginia taxpayers regarding the legal actions of private citizens.
