It's a complete shame for me to be a resident of the state of Virginia at this moment for understanding the measure that those who govern us within this state have decided to take. It pains me even more that I have not yet registered to vote yet and I am a woman within the Virginia Commonwealth University community who is majoring within the field of Social Justice and Human Rights. The most absurd thing to ever do is take over a human's rights, let alone a woman's rights to have the free will as she chooses to stand and protect her own body. If I am to allow the government to tell me what I can do and cannot do with my own body and have it risk my health then I highly expect the government to be paying for my and any other Virginian woman's health payments, bills, hospital fees, etc.
