It only makes sense to have the regulations become permanent for the health and safety of women.  I would not want any woman I care about to go to a clinic held to lesser standards.  Abortion clinics are performing serious medical procedures and should do everything possible to ensure the health and safety of their patients.  If they don't want to comply, then they clearly do not have the best interests of their patients at heart and don't deserve the priviledge of providing services to these women in need.
