Placing these additional, unnecessary regulations on providers of abortions is an attempt to further limit the rights of women.  It is not at all about keeping women safe.  The regulations are not needed and will add costs, further restricting the availability of needed abortion services.  Please do not impose your religious beliefs on others--it is unconstitutional.
