There is no good reason for this.

This regulation is insane. Women need greater access to womens health clinics. Doing this would only cause existing clinics to go away and make new ones nearly impossible.

DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO INFRINGE ON A WOMANS RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHAT IS BEST FOR HER!!!!
