Please do not impose burdensome, needless regulations

I am very concerned about the new regulations being imposed on women's helth centers and clinics. They threaten the continued availability of safe, legal first-trimester abortions as well as preventive reproductive health care throught out the state.

These regulations will especially contribure to low-income women losing access to women's helthcare, contraception, familt planning, and cancer screenings.

The requirements for clinic buildings are burdensome and unrelated to the actual services provided by these health centers. There is no evidence impsong them will provide medical benefit and these health centers already have impressive safety records.

Women need more access to affordable, high-quality care, not less. The regulations should be based purely on medicine, science, and good practice and should not impede women's access to essential health care.
