Both of these proposed laws discriminates against women. The sonogram legislation may result in lawsuits based on the new federal guidelines regarding rape as the sonogram tool will be forced inside a woman's vagina against her will. The Personhood legislation will prevent women from using legal forms of birth control.  Again, it does not allow women dominion over their bodies and their reproductive rights.
