This law has nothing to do with improving patient outcomes, virtually no women die from regulated procedures and have everything to do with making it more difficult to provide abortion services.  This was set up as targeted regulation of abortion providers under the male idea that women can't understand and control their bodies and need men to tell them what to do.  This should not stand.
