If you think abortion clinics should be held to the same standard as other clinics (they have been), then logic would require that other outpatient facilities should be held to the same standards as abortion clinics, which is not the case with these building specifications. You want abortion clinics treated the same?  Then start the demolition and  reconstruction of doctors' and dentists offices, laser eye surgery facilities, and so on.
