I think it's absurd to reduce the current regulations.  Why would ANYONE want to increase the chances of infection, etc., from ANY surgical procedure?  If we really care about women's health we'll protect it with guidelines for ALL hospitals and clinics ... including abortion clinics.

Really, this should be a no-brainer.
