This bill is a classist and above all MISOGYNIST attempt to strip women of their basic rights.  I am appalled. To what end does this bill protect the rights of the fetus?  Wellfare is continually loosing popularity, we have less and less funding for head sart and public education.  In fact the fetuses that this bill aim to protect, once born, will likely never see as much support from the government.  Other states, when confronted with the idea of abortion regulation have laughed.  This is a joke.
