I am opposed to the TRAP regulations which are a transparent attack on women's health. Abortion is a safe procedure that does not need to be done in a hospital setting nor in a clinic with all of the spatial regulations governing hospitals. Imposing these regulations on women's reproductive freedom is unfair. Are similar requirements going to be required for men's vasectomies? These regulations will make it difficult for women to access safe abortions and will drive many to unsafe alternatives.
