I am disappointed that the Department is moving forward with regulating abortion clinics.  The goal is obviously to raise the cost, and the difficulty of getting an abortion.  These procedures are constitutionally protected, and Virginia should not be using my tax money to raise costs for citizens of this state.

We should be regulating to protect public safety, not to carry out the Catholic church's agenda.
