These regulations do nothing to protect patient safety but are a political maneuver to restrict access to a safe, legal medical procedure. Your organization should be concerned with protecting the health of women in Virginia --PERIOD

The regulations will also increase the cost of needed services. Women need more access to affordable, high quality health care, not less.
