It's imperative that women are allowed to have access to health care, birth control and also the ability to terminate a pregnancy that is unwanted/unplanned.  Aggressive education on family planning would no doubt reduce the latter but it is not in the best interest of the Commonwealth of Virginia to prohibit and create roadblocks for sensible, affordable health care.
