I would like to voice my protest and concerns over the proposed changes to the health care rules.  I am the mother of two daughters and the grandmother of two granddaughters.  I hope they never need to have a first trimester abortion but if they do, I want them to have all choices open to them.  The proposed regulations are designed to make women in VA go out of state or go back to dangerous back-alley remedies.  These regulations increase costs, are burdensome, and as we know, their safety reports and care are not a problem. They are better than some hospirtals.  Please do not put these unnecessary rules in place.
