Finally a bill that should have been in place for over 35 yrs. A place that performs a so called medical prodedure had NO rules or regulations of how they operated.  Why? The reason the abortion industry is upset is this will truly show how women and babies are treated when they get abortions.  They are just money/blood money to those that perform abortion, there is no love of these so called doctors.
