I urge the Governor and others in our state government to reconsider proposed regulations regarding women's health centers in Virginia.  As a physician, I totally support evidence-based improvements in health care and access.  The proposed regulations are neither evidence-based nor designed to improve health care.  In fact, they single out women's clinics with requirements that have no impact at all on patients' safety or delivery of safe medical services.
