This new regulation would threaten the availability of safe, legal abortions.  The women of Virginia should be alarmed at the far reaching steps our present representatives are taking to infringe on the rights of women for reproductive health care.  The regulations will increase the financial burden to health care.  The new regulations are unnecessary.
