I object to the proposed regulations that require hospital standards for outpatient clinics that provide abortions.  There is no need for these changes to be imposed.  The changes have nothing to do with the medical care the facilities provide.  The changes are harassment of the facilities that provide abortions in Virginia.  My views are being trampled by these burdensome new requirements.
