Permanent health centers regulations are onerous and do not improve women's health and healthcare

Let's protect a right that women already have and deserve--to decide what is right for herself, her body, her future, her fetus.

These extensive, burdensome requirements for clinic buildings have no relation to the services health centers provide and have no proven medical benefit will reduce or eliminate patient access to health care. This is creating a loophole in which women's rights will be restricted--the creation of loopholes should be restricted, not a women's right to choice.

Furthermore, the regulations will increase the financial hurdles to health care for patients, with no proven medical benefit to patients. Women need more access to affordable, high quality health care, not less. Women need to be treated as responsible adults; adults who know the decisions that are best for themselves and their families--and their society.
