I grew up in Virginia.  Planned Parenthood is solely responsible for my NOT being a mother at age 16.  Instead my first child was born when I was 31 to two college educated professionals.  Please stop regulating access to vital health services providing many reproductive care.  Stop chipping away at my reproductive rights.
