These regulation do nothing to protect the  health care of women but instead are a means to limit access to safe, legal, medical procedures. The requirements have no relationship to the services provided by these health centers.  The regulations would reduce resources meaning less access to affordable quality health care for women.  Please amend the regulations to be based purely on science and medicine.  Access to women's health care should not be political.
