My only comment is that passage of this bill makes me ashamed to be a Virginian. At 66 years of age and having lived in Virginia for my entire life and always having been proud to be a Virginian, this is a huge disappointment to me. The women of Virginia should not be treated as second class citizens. Perhaps we should consider a bill banning Viagra. Seems fitting. Men DO NOT control the lives of our women and this bill is a travesty for all women in this State.
