Please consider grandfathering in existing clincis in the permanent regulations you are reviewing. Current clinics throghout the Commonwealth of Virginia have not been found to have unsafe practices under current clinic guidelines and should be exempt from the requirements in these regulations. If they are not exempt, abortion services for many women will be out-of-reach for financial or geographic reasons. In addition I urge you to keep providing opportunities for the public to discuss these regulations and to weigh in with you.
