Enact the Strongest Possible PERMANENT Regulations

When a woman undergoes an abortion, the integrity of her person - her soul and her body - is violated.  She is compromised physically and spiritually.  The child inside her has also been killed, and she leaves there knowing this.  And so understand that abortion is NOT "health care."  It is an unnatural, life-ending assault on a woman's body which causes both physical and spiritual trauma, not to mention destroying a human life.

I understand that the current regulations are reasonable [the act of abortion notwithstanding], common sense measures to ensure that life-saving equipment is on hand, infections are prevented, and that clear written policies and building guidelines are in place. They were proposed by medical experts at the Department of Health and were approved 12-1 by the Board of Health.

Please do not "look the other way" on abortion houses.  They are dangerous to our children.  Our children should never need to go to one and should never go to one.  But if they feel compelled, and if the law and the Government encourages this unwise behavior, only know that the Government had better do everything to safeguard the health of those children who are making the very GRAVE error of abortion.

SHAME ON VIRGINIA for encouraging abortion instead of encouraging chastity and self-control and respect for women's bodies.  SHAME ON VIRGINIA for encouraging women to entertain irresponsible and non-marital sexual relations and then to "dump" their babies in an unhealthy abortion house.  SHAME!
