Anyone who believes that these regulations are unnecessary should check out the recent situation in Minnesota where the woman having an abortion required medical care that was far beyond what the abortion mill could provide.  The EMTs could not get the stretcher to the ambulance because the building was not equipped for it.  Putting aside my views on abortion, I still would never want any woman to suffer when it could have been avoided.  The negative effects on mental health are horrible enough (I made the mistake of killing my own child) and we should do anything possible to prevent physical harm to the woman seeking an abortion.  Thank you and God bless!
