The proposed regulations have the sole purpose of restricting women's access to abortions.   The 2012 General Assembly agenda has been to restrict abortion in any way that it.  All this work under the guise of protecting women's health.  The truth is that politicians won't be happy until they've crammed their beliefs down the rest of our throats.
