I fully support the emergency regulations that were put into place last year and reccomend that they be made permanent. To have lifesaving equipment and protocols to prevent infection, etc. are simply commonsense requirements that should apply to any medical facility in Virginia. Patient safety should never take a back seat to profits.
After being proposed by medical experts at the Department of Health, these regulations were overwhelmingly approved by the Board of Health. They need to be made permanent.
Sincerely,
Thomas McCabe
