Dear Regulators:  You are in a position of trust and responsibility.  Your role  is to ensure safety and healthy well-being for the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  By implementing punitive and unnecessary facility regulations for women's health clinincs, you are betraying the trust and responsibility entrusted to you by the citizens of Virginia.  You should be above partisan politics.  You should do what is right, not politically expedient.  Everyone knows that abortion is one of the safest medical procedures.   Everyone knows that you are kow-towing to politics with these regulations.  Causing the closure of women's health clinics will not stop the need for abortion.  Unwanted pregnancies are a fact of life for many women and men.  You are forcing pregnant women into unhealthy, unsafe, harmful situations if you close currently functioning medical clinics.  Is this what you want?  Do you want to go against your job responsibilities?  If so, you should resign.
