I am against the Governor's initiative to repeal this life-saving multi-state agreement.  It reduces greenhouse gas emissions AND returns hundreds of thousands in revenue back to the Commonwealth.  The only reason for repealing it is an ideological one, and that is a reason that the majority of Virginians do not agree with.
