PLEASE reconsider and keep Virginia in RGGI!  The governor does not have the authority to undo a law with which he disagrees; he cannot enact laws, only suggest them.  The Virginia Legislature enacted this law, and only they can withdraw it.  An overwhelming majority of Virginians want to stay in RGGI.  We're all dealing with the effects of our warming climate, and RGGI is already helping protect our communities in many ways, especially in receiving money which helps alleviate the effects of flooding, which is only going to worsen.
